When you order your flowers from Penny's Flowers, you are DEALING DIRECT with the florist that is personally arranging and delivering your order. Orders can be personally arranged with freshly cut local flowers for delivery every day.

Penny's Flowers Sunshine Coast personally delivers 7 DAYS A WEEK including holidays. Currently there is no surcharge for Saturday, Sunday and holiday deliveries. Please note, 7 day delivery is not available for Hobart orders. PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR HOBART ORDERS

We only service the local Sunshine Coast area with our own personal delivery service. Unlike many other florists, we do not use couriers and we do not relay orders to other florists. Also unlike some other florists, we do not build our delivery costs into the value of flowers, as such we charge $8-00 for our personal delivery, however: • all orders of $100-00 and over, are delivered FREE; • maximum delivery fee is $8-00 for ALL regions (DELIVERY FEES UNDER RECONSTRUCTION) • at times we have Special FREE Delivery Periods for minum orders of $50-00 which are advertised on our Specials Page.

Regular orders for same day delivery must be made by 12-00 noon (7 days) PLEASE NOTE : Same day orders received after 12-00 noon may be processed the following day.

As we are not a relay florist, we only service our local region and we do not accept orders for delivery outside our local delivery region. For Penny's Flowers Hobart Tasmania deliveries, please go direct to our Penny's Flowers Hobart website where Penny's Flowers orders are now fulfilled by the long established Chloe's Flower Shop in Hobart CBD Tasmania.

Delivery Advantage of Baskets & Boxes 1) If the flowers are to be left on the doorstep if the recipient is not home; or 2) If the flowers are to be delivered to the recipient's work address; or 3) If the flowers are for hospital delivery; then a Basket or Box Arrangement may be more suitable than a Bouquet Unless in a Vase, all Bouquets are now delivered with a travel pack to keep the flowers fresh, however..... should the flowers recipient not be home or is receiving them at work or is in hospital, unlike the Bouquet that requires placings the flowers in a vase of water upon delivery, a Basket or Box arrangement may be more suitable to be left on the doorstep until the recipient arrives home, or in the case of the recipient being at work, easier to deal with instead of finding a vase or in the case of being in hospital, nurses will not have to be troubled finding a vase.

Delivery Issues When we cannot effect a delivery because the delivery address has perimeter security or building security.

We are sometimes faced with a situation when e delivery cannot be made because of such things as a block of flats having security access only, or a property having security fencing and gates or a dog.

Here are 2 examples: 1. We arrived at a property having locked security gates with no gate intercom facility to reach the house. As we had not been supplied with a delivery phone number there was no way to contact the delivery recipient to effect delivery. 2. On trying to enter a block of flats which was protected by security access, the intercom did not reveal anyone was home and the recipient's phone answered with a message machine. We were unable to access the building to leave the delivery at the unit door. On both these occasions, the delivery had to be returned to home base to sort out further delivery arrangements. We now have a policy to charge another delivery fee after these further arrangements are made. We hope you understand. If you are aware of any such security issues to effect delivery, please would you enter the details in the box set out in the order forms.
