Penny's Flowers internet florist was established
in year 2000 with the registration of Pennys-Flowers.com
by Penelope Craven. When you order your flowers
from Penny's Flowers, you are DEALING DIRECT
with the florist that is personally arranging
and delivering your order to a Sunshine Coast
destination. Orders taken locally, nationally
and from all over the world, can be personally
arranged with freshly cut local flowers for
personal local delivery 7 days a week including
holidays.
We only service the local Sunshine Coast area
with our own personal delivery service. Unlike
many other florists, we do not use couriers
and we do not relay orders to other florists.
Also unlike some other florists, we do not build
our delivery costs into the value of flowers,
as such we charge from $8-00 (for the Noosa
region) to $28-00 (for the southern end of the
Sunshine Coast) for our personal delivery, however:

all orders of $100-00 and
over, are delivered FREE;
•
every Wednesday delivery
to the southern end of the Sunshine Coast
is reduced to $8-00 for orders below $100-00;
•
at times we have Special
FREE Delivery Periods for minum orders
of $50-00 which are advertised on our
Specials Page.
Orders for same day delivery must be made
by 12-00 noon (7 days). If you are able
to, please allow as much time as possible between

As we are only a small family business, our
turnover does not require us to register for
GST (Goods & Services Tax), therefore all
orders through Penny's Flowers Sunshine Coast
are GST FREE and in assisting to lower overheads
in order to bring its customers better value,
Penny's Flowers Sunshine Coast does not operate
out of retail premises. Consequently our flowers
do not sit around on display in a shop but are
kept refrigerated to ensure freshness. Sorry,
there are no door sales and our premises are
not open to the public.
Customers can receive a digital photo and emailed
delivery confirmation with every internet order
(cost $5-00). Please note that we endeavor to
email the photo and confirmation by the evening
of the delivery day, however we may not be able
to do it until the following morning. Please
also note that this service is available for
Sunshine Coast personal deliveries only only
and is not available for Hobart deliveries.
Penny's Flowers is not a relay florist and we
do not relay orders to other regions or florists,
nor do we accept orders from internet relay
florists (more
about relay florists). We only service the
Sunshine Coast & Hobart Regions and do not
take orders for delivery interstate or intrastate
outside the Sunshine Coast & Hobart Regions.

from other florist businesses such as Interflora
on its websites. All pictures of flower arrangements
are real orders that have been delivered to
customers or real orders that are offered to
customers. All such images are the copyright
of Penny's Flowers.

Card for every to replace the standard Message
Card to be included with your order at an extra
cost of $1-00.

PAYMENT and ORDER METHODS : Payments can be made by credit card. Our Bendigo
Bank EFTPOS accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
All prices shown are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Orders can be taken via the online Order Form and Payments
can be made via our SSL Secure Server facility (128
bit encryption) or by the telephone (07) 5472 0382 /
International: +61 7 5472 0382. There is also an option
for this on completion of the Order Form before proceeding
to the Secure Server.
Orders for same day delivery
must be made by 12-00 noon (7 days). If
you are able to, please allow as much time as
possible between your order time and delivery
date. Internet orders can be made 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. Telephone orders can be
made 7 days a week between the hours of 8am
to 8pm EAT (local time). Please "click
for current time" to see our EAT local
time.
PLEASE NOTE : Same day orders received after 12-00
noon will be processed the following day.
Every internet order receives an emailed confirmation
and time of delivery. Sorry this is normally not
available for telephone orders, but can be provided
if the customer provides an email address via our contact
form.
EMAILED DIGITAL PHOTO OF ORDER :
An emailed digital photo is also available with the
confirmation of delivery of an internet order. (Sunshine
Coast Qld. only) IMPORTANT : If you select this service (cost $5-00), please
ensure that you enter a valid e-mail address for delivery
of your receipt, delivery confirmation and digital photo
of the order. As you go through the order process, you
may wish to print out the order confirmation page and
your credit card charge authorisation page. After we
have processed your payment and personally delivered
your order, we will send you your confirmation and time
of delivery email along with the DIGITAL PHOTO of your
order.
Please note that we endeavor to email the photo and
confirmation by the evening of the delivery day, however
we may not be able to do it until the following morning.
Please also note that this service is for Sunshine Coast
personal deliveries only only and does not apply to
Hobart deliveries.
If we encounter any problems with processing your credit
card payment, we will contact you prior to delivery
of your order.
Please also note that some in some instances items (baskets,
boxes, vases, some flower varieties etc.) or colours
may be subject to seasonal availability and may be substituted
with equal value or similar style to maintain your full
order value.
Please make sure that the correct delivery details are
provided. We cannot be responsible for delivery to the
wrong address if wrong details are given.
SECURITY :
When you have completed your order, email and delivery
details, you can choose to pay online by proceeding
to the SECURE WEB SERVER (128 bit encryption) for
payment details.
Signs of a Secure Connection.
At the beginning of "the web site address"
instead of http:// you will see https:// the "s"
means "Secure connection". At the bottom
of your Browsers Status Bar you will see a "Locked
Padlock". These all indicate you are on a "Secure
connection with the highest level of security".
When you buy online your credit card details are
encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128 bit
encryption software, this means your details cannot
be read while being sent over the internet.
All credit card details are immediately deleted
and destroyed after the transaction.

Penny's Flowers does not bug you with annoying website
login details or repeated follow up email marketing
projects. We respect your privacy, all personal
details we receive are STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. Your
details will NOT be shared with any third party.
We only will contact you after a purchase to confirm
your delivery along with the free emailed digital
photo of your order. All credit card details are
immediately deleted and destroyed after the transaction.
